Heart To Heart (H2H) was founded in 2007 in East Orange, NJ. Since then, we’ve grown into a leading provider for individuals with Intellectual/Development Disabilities (I/DD). We dedicate ourselves to enriching each individual we collaborate with through a range of personalized services.
Our range of I/DD services in NJ include Day Programs, In-Home Supports, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)/Behavior Therapy, and Group Homes. Every program we offer is designed with everyone’s needs in mind. They foster community engagement and personal growth; provide nurturing and secure environments; and promote independence and achievement of life goals. Our approach emphasizes collaboration and the understanding of each person we serve.
Since 2007, we have expanded across the whole state of New Jersey and into Philadelphia, PA. Today, we operate 30 residential group homes, supervised apartments, and comprehensive day programs. We have touched the lives of hundreds of individuals and their families beyond East Orange and remain committed to helping even more individuals achieve greater independence and fulfillment.
