An amazing afternoon of connection,
laughter, and new beginnings!
Heart to Heart was excited to once again host Heartfelt Connections, our annual Valentine’s-inspired event designed to foster meaningful relationships in a comfortable and supportive environment.
Created specifically for neurodivergent adults, this special event provided a welcoming space for participants to meet new people, build friendships, and possibly discover something more.
