Join us on Wednesday, September 4th, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm at 1172 Fischer Boulevard, Toms River, NJ 08753 for our Back-to-School, Back-to-Day Program Open House! Families, support coordinators, and community partners are invited to tour our brand-new day program, meet our caring staff, and discover how Heart to Heart helps adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities thrive through meaningful activities, community outings, and personalized support. This is the perfect opportunity to learn more about our services, ask questions, and see firsthand how we’re creating a warm and engaging environment for the individuals we serve.
